Tom has provided advice and consultancy to many insurance and reinsurance companies in Russia, Ukraine and the former Soviet Union.
The main areas of this work have been in raising capital and implementing international accounting and reporting standards.
He has acted as an advisor to the following organizations:
- The Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI)
- The All Russian Insurance Association(ARIA)
- The League of Insurance Organisations of Ukraine
He is a member of the Association of European Businesses in Russia, Insurance and Pensions Committee.
He co-authored the OECD report “Reforming the Russian Insurance Industry” (2005)
Tom is a former Managing Director of Langton Syndicate Management in Lloyds of London.
