Peter Schulze has advised Russian and international clients on syndicated and bilateral loans, both secured and unsecured, covering trade, acquisition, corporate, project and working capital finance; Eurobonds; other debt capital market issues; equity issues; joint ventures; mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Many of the transactions Peter worked on were groundbreaking at the time in the Russian market place – for example, the first domestic IPOs of Russian companies, the first future flow securitisation, the first loan participation notes with linked warrant issue.
