Stanislav has been an independent financial advisor and partner of AVC Advisory since 2014 and specialises in wealth management of private family capital.
In addition, he focuses on business financing (mezzanine loans, contract financing, and direct financing from private investors).
He builds investment portfolios that include a wide range of financial instruments (ETFs, REITs, bonds, real estate, private equity, insurance products, equities, derivatives).
He has a wealth of experience in the development and implementation of robust investment structures in international jurisdictions. He has implemented trusts, foundations, insurance loans, hedge funds, and managed structured notes for his varied clients.
Together with his colleagues, Stanislav created a credit supermarket in 2007 and is engaged in the solution of tactical financial issues. Previously, he dealt with strategic financial development at Aton and BCS financial group.
In 2016, he was a key member of the team which organized the Business-Angel Fund, where he remains the head of the investment decision process. He holds qualification certificate FSFR 1.
